These email banners were placed in emails sent to highlight an illustrator and two authors speaking at an annual conference for educators of grades 3 to 8. Each email linked to multimedia content about the author or illustrator. The design extends a visual theme of concentric circles rippling outward to represent the main theme and title of the conference, Sources of Inspiration: History through the Arts and the Lives of Artists. Cosponsored by John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum and John F. Kennedy National Historic Site, the conference explores ways educators can use the literary genre of biography to enrich their teaching.
